I'd suggest saying "local hardware RAID" here, so people don't imagine
this covers software RAID (LVM, md, brtfs) as well.

Maybe simplify the sentence by rearranging and splitting it:

"LibStorageMgmt is a vendor neutral library that provides an API and
tools for managing SAN arrays and local hardware RAID adapters. This is
a community open source project (LGPL 2.1+ license), providing, but not
limited to, the following features ... "
