[Libstoragemgmt-devel] Should we rename libstoragemgmt-netapp-plugin.noarch to libstoragemgmt-ontap-plugin?

Hi guys,

I noticed the name of rpm libstoragemgmt-netapp-plugin is misleading.

It's just for ONTAP plugin, not for NetApp-E, and there is not plugin
named as 'netapp'.

I would like to suggest we rename it as libstoragemgmt-ontap-plugin
